Note: The new Report Explorer module will replace the Reports and Report Scheduler modules. Users may learn more about the Report Explorer module here.
On the Report Scheduler page, the user can view or schedule the automatic email delivery of one or more Reports. To access the Report Scheduler page from the main menu, users may select the Reporting module then Report Scheduler.
Upon opening the Report Scheduler page, users will see a list of Scheduled Reports.
To edit the Report delivery settings of an existing Report, double click the desired Report. Users may also edit the Report by going to the bottom left of the page and selecting the "Edit Selected Row" icon, which is shaped like a pencil. The "Edit Report Schedule" window will open. To add a new Report, click the plus sign at the lower-left corner of the page. The "Edit Report Schedule" window will open.
Enter all necessary information. Note: Required fields are indicated by an asterisk (*). Select OK.
To delete a Report, go to the bottom left of the page and select the "Delete selected row" icon, which is shaped like a garbage can.
