The Preferences page allows users to set the brightness of the color scheme and alter the date and time format in ACTS.  Users can also designate their desired ACTS home page and Task email alerts. Users can access the Preferences page from any page in ACTS.  They can do this by clicking the node in the main menu then going to the right side of the toolbar and selecting Preferences.

The Preferences page is comprises of two sections: the Application Preferences section and the Task Email Preferences section.

Setting Preferences

  1. The Application Preferences section allows users to set their desired Start Page and to alter the Date Format and Time Format.
  2. The Task Email Preferences section allows users to designate the types of Task emails, the frequency of the emails, and the receiving email address.  
  3. Click the Save icon in the main menu.
