Here you will find the current list of known ACTS issues. Wherever possible, we will list a temporary workaround and when we expect to resolve the issue.

|Blank Reports||We are aware of an issue in which users may receive a blank report even though they requested to only receive reports with data.|
We are working on a fix, but in the meantime please convert the reports to queries and send them through query delivery.
|Report Error Message||We are aware of an issue in which users occasionally receive an “Out of Memory” error when logging into ACTS|O&G and when running formatted reports (including those viewed in the Asset Explorer).|
If you receive this error message, please close your web browser and open a new one in order to clear this error message.
