ACTS Application Layout

Modules

All ACTS modules can be accessed via the main menu.  Each module consists of sub-modules that are designed to meet specific client needs.  The main menu is available on each page in ACTS for easy navigation.  Below is a list of modules and sub-modules:

    Each ACTS page contains tabs that directly relate to the page's purpose.  As example, below is a screenshot of the Facility page.

    ICON FUNCTION LOCATION
    Tasks On the right side of the top blue menu bar of every module
    Help On the right side of the top blue menu bar of every module
    Open On the the top blue manu bar. Available when module permits opening of an existing record.
    New On the top blue manu bar. Available when module permits creation of a new record. This will replace unsaved data with a new template.
    Refresh On the top blue manu bar. This will refresh temaplte and default values.
    Save Appears on the the top blue manu bar when ACTS detects that a data change may have ocurred. NOTE: Data changes must be "saved" to commit to the system.
    Print Appears on the the top blue manu bar for some modules.
    Delete selected row At the bottom left of data grid dialog boxes. Deletes selected row(s) from the grid. Delete is immediate and does not require "save."
    Insert a new row At the bottom left of data grid dialog boxes. Inserts a row below the selected item in the grid.
    Add a new row At the bottom left of data grid dialog boxes. Inserts a row at the bottom of the grid.
